The services were friendly, offered us fast free Wi-Fi. The room was spotlessly clean and warm enough, also it had smoke detectors. The staff were very polite and incredible, made our stay great.

Wonderful place, fairly clean, superb value. Incredible staff at all times. - Exceptionally clean rooms with tea/coffee making facilities, for example, really great stay! - Plenty of food available in the lobby. The stay was wonderful at Ibis Koln Centrum in Cologne. the staff was incredible and always helpful. the rooms were exceptionally clean and had great amenities like tea/coffee making facilities. the lobby offered plenty of food options, making our stay even more enjoyable. it was a superb value and a great choice for a Christmas trip.

Comfortable and spacious room, the bed is cozy, and the bathroom is impressive. Enjoy amenities like central heating, a key card for easy access, and a handy work desk. the staff is friendly and you can park right here. 😊

I was offered a super breakfast with tasty self-made waffles. The room was very nice sized, exceptionally comfortable bed. Walk from a train station, the location was magnificent and exceptionally nice, 100m to underground station. I was surprised at nearby Bouschong, they had some goodies, drinks.
Some people working there were a little unfriendly.
